Get to Know Your Body Shape

It’s no secret. We’re all different… different shapes, sizes, proportions, colors, etc. You know how it goes. Instead of comparing and bringing ourselves down all the time why wouldn’t we choose to celebrate our individuality and play with what you have. OWN IT BB!
Girls are often asking me “how do I always look good!” and trust me I don’t. You should see me in the mornings, or those days you’re like super puffy… lol. I just know my angles and the type of color/clothes that fit me best.
It comes down to knowing your body and what features you want to highlight, just like you highlight those beautiful cheekbones with highlighter.
Let’s get to it!!!!!

Ok, so i’m pretty sure there’s so many more shapes than this… but to narrow it down we can all identify with one of these.
HOURGLASS (think Kim Kardashian, Beyonce)
Same measurements in shoulders and hips with a narrower waist.
Best play is to accentuate the waist.
Less volume around hips.
PEAR (think JLO, think me… Danna lol)
Narrow shoulders and big hips/ thighs.
Best play is to accentuate the waist and shoulders.
Less or no volume in legs.
STRAIGHT (think Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz, Adriana Lima)
Chest and hips are almost the same measurements.
Most things fit pretty much like a glove, won’t have too much trouble discerning what to wear and what not to wear.
APPLE (think Angelina Jolie, Amy Schumer)
Waist is usually less defined and it’s usually, not always thicker.
Best feature is usually the chest, so flaunting the chest and legs is a must.
